Screen Recording and Screenshot Functionality
Collection and Storage of Screenshot Data
The Services include certain screenshot functionality ("Screenshot Feature") that operates solely on the User's local device. When utilizing the Screenshot Feature, Users acknowledge and agree that:

1.1. The Services implement device-local screenshot capabilities.
1.2. All captured screenshots are stored exclusively in local device storage.
1.3. Users may, at their sole discretion, elect to enhance captured screenshots through our complementary artificial intelligence rendering application ("AI Application"), which is available through the App Store via local image URL reference.
1.4. The AI Image Generation functionality is provided to Users without charge through our companion application.
2. Data Collection and Storage
2.1. The Services do not collect, transmit, or store any user data or screen recordings on external servers.
2.2. All screenshots are saved exclusively to the following local device directory:

2.3. Any and all subsequent actions pertaining to such screenshots shall be initiated solely by the User.
3. Purpose and Use
3.1. The Screenshot Feature is provided for the sole purpose of enabling Users to create AI-enhanced renderings of their content.
3.2. Users may utilize this functionality to transform various visual content, including without limitation:
a) Three-dimensional viewport captures;
b) Web-based sketches; and
c) Design materials.
3.3. Such content may be processed through artificial intelligence image generation technology at the User's discretion.
4. Third-Party Sharing and Data Control
4.1. No screenshot data shall be shared with any third parties.
4.2. All screenshot content remains stored exclusively on the User's local device.
4.3. Users maintain sole and exclusive control over their screenshot content.
4.4. Users may, at their option:
a) Utilize the Share functionality to distribute images; and/or
b) Process images through the AI rendering feature.
4.5. Any sharing or processing of screenshots as described in Section 4.4 shall be initiated solely by the User.
5. Data Storage Location and Security
5.1. All screenshot content is stored locally on the User's device in the directory specified in Section 2.2.
5.2. The Services do not maintain any external or cloud-based storage of screenshot data.
5.3. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their local device storage.
